Frogmore House takes its name from the abundance of frogs that inhabit the marshes around the grounds. It also houses the Royal Mausoleum where Queen Victoria and Prince Albert are buried.

Now it is used as a public attraction and the doors will reopen in 2022 for visitors to admire the decadent interiors and incredible gardens. However, the interior of the house, which is full of precious art and antiques, is kept secret as photographs are prohibited.

Frogmore Cottage, which is located on the same estate, was granted by the Queen to be the official residence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
