Julian Lennon’s Fine Art Photography Decorates Florida Show House

A collection of fine art photography by internationally acclaimed artist and musician Julian Lennon will be on display and for sale during the opening celebration of The Heritage – A Legacy Show Home, located in the gated community Heritage Dunes in scenic beach of Seagrove, Florida.

The Lennon Photography Opening Night will take place on September 16, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The event will also celebrate Lennon’s new studio album, Judewhich is scheduled for release on September 9, 2022.

“I am delighted to partner with The Heritage with an exhibition of my photographs to celebrate the debut of Legacy Show Home,” said Lennon. “It is a privilege to share the special moments, people and places that have moved me on my travels around the world. I hope these images I have captured remind us of the endless beauty that surrounds us. .”

Unsurprisingly, Lennon’s photographs feature clouds, views of nature, cityscapes, images of enigmatic roads, and portraits of friends from the worlds of music, fashion, and entertainment. There are a few color photos, although most are black and white.

Empathy, notes Julian, is the bond that unites the planet. He proposes: “We are all in the same boat, and I hope that one day the world will realize that… Photography is a means of sharing, learning, appreciating and discovering other cultures, which which in turn allows us to sympathize with the lives of others…”

The paid evening will allow guests to explore The Heritage, sample food and drink, browse Lennon’s work and mingle with special celebrities in attendance, including the celebrity chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author Emeril Lagassé, joined by his son, Chief EJ Lagassé, and his wife Alden Lagassé. EJ Lagassé has taken his father’s place as an integral part of the Emeril brand: he is the executive chef of Emeril’s in New Orleans. The father-son duo’s passion for gastronomy will be highlighted during the opening festivities with dishes prepared for the event. The charity auction will also feature one-of-a-kind works by pop artist Ashley Longshore and other original works of art, luxury items and travel experiences.

L’Héritage is the fifth show house presented by VIE magazine. This is the first of nine custom homes developed by Bella Mare Real Estate Holdings, LLC that will complete the north side of Heritage Dunes, just steps from the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The homes are designed by architect Gerald Burwell of Burwell Associates, Inc. and built by Grand Bay Construction, with interiors by Duce May of Duce & Company Interiors and landscapes by Patrick Hodges Land Studio. They will be offered for sale by the brokers of La Florida Coastal Properties.

Duce May designed The Heritage’s interior to reflect southern coastal vernacular, evoking a sense of refined living. The show home will be put up for sale and open to visitors by appointment for 30 days after the launch party.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC), the Northwest Florida community’s source for high-quality primary health care located in Santa Rosa Beach. PWMC’s mission is to provide the best care, regardless of the patient’s means or access to insurance. Scheduled to open in 2023, PWMC’s new permanent site is under construction and the non-profit clinic is raising capital for its completion and programming, including furnishings and equipment, two dental practices, health classes community, etc

A portion of the event’s proceeds will also benefit the White Feather Foundation (TWFF), Lennon’s nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental and humanitarian causes. TWFF raises funds for the betterment of life in collaboration with partners around the world.
